It is reported that the photographic exhibition named “glimpse of India” is organized by the Indian Embassy in China and All China Federation of Working Journalists. These fabulous pictures show people the distinct flavor of India.
On the show, you may seemingly experience all kinds of Indian life through the pictures in terms of nature, people, culture and modern life. The Diplomatic officer said: “Chinese are so interested in Indian traditional culture, however, this time will offer modern life in India and hopefully let them get a fresh image.” He said, “India gets a long history but most Chinese have no idea of what India looks like right now, and the new India is developing fast. So I hope Chinese, especially the young man, go and see the new India if there’s any chance.”
This show is one of the cultural activities to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and India.
