Day1 Arrival in Lhasa (D)
Arrive at Gonggar Airport (3500m), welcome by the local tour guide with the hada, which means lucky and happiness, transfer 60km (paved road, about 1 hour drive ) to the city, drive along the Yalutsangpo River and Lhasa River, enjoy the Tibetan style villages and Nyetang Buddha ,check in hotel in Lhasa (3658m) and rest for acclimatization.
Day2 Lhasa (B+L+D)
Today we will provide each one with one bicycle. You follow our car. Our guide and drive will take care of you. During the whole tour, when you are tired, you can put the bicycle to the car Take a tour to Potala Palace. It was the local government location, and was divided into two parts, the white palace and red one; it was also the highest castle-style palace in the world; Visit Jokhang Temple and Barkhor Market, the heart of the old Lhasa town, here you’ll enjoy fascinating combination of deep religiosity and push and shove market economics. In Tibetan Buddhism Jokhang is also regarded as the center of the Universe, it is a must sightseeing in Lhasa. Enjoy the Tibetan Song and Dance Show at dinner.
 
Day3 Lhasa to Shigatse (B+L+D)
After breakfast, ride the bicycle to visit the Yamdroktso Lake, one of the three holy lakes in Tibet. After that, drive to Palkor Monastery, which is a typical Tibetan Buddhist temple. Drive to Shigatse.
Day4 Shigatse to Tingri (B+L+D)
After breakfast, ride the bicycle to visit to Tingri from Shigatse. The whole journey takes a long time.
Day5 Tingri to Base Camp of Mt. Everest to Shigatse (B+L+D)
After breakfast in the hotel and then ride the bicycle to visit the famous Base Camp of Mt. Everest, which is the highest mountain in the world. After that, drive back to Shigatse.
Day6 Shigatse to Tashilhunpo Monastery to Tsedang (B+L+D)
After breakfast, ride the bicycle to visit the seat of Panchen Lama-Tashilhunpo Monastery, which is also the largest one in Shigatse area, built by the first Dalai Lama. And then drive to Tsedang.
Day7 Tsedang (B+L+D)
After breakfast, ride the bicycle to visit the first palace in Tibet, Yumbulakhang, and the summer palace for Tibetan King, Trandruk Monastery (there is a Tangkha made of pearls ). Drive to visit the Samye Monastery from Tsedang, visit the first real monastery in Tibet.
Day8 Tsedang to Lhasa Gonggar Airport Departure (B)
Drive to the Gonggar Airport. See off at the airport.
